Between planning my baby shower and reflecting on my cousin’s funeral, this is such a weird time right now. Rest in peace Christian.

We love you as a friend as a cousin or a nephew but losing you hurts because we have all lost you as a brother and child

How do I make peace with a sadness so tough? But then I stop and think what would my cousin Christian have done

You would’ve brought out the goodness in us and you would’ve set our eyes on the light when we’re surrounded by the dark

I’m thankful to have known a spirit as good as yours taken from us too young but still with us forever just not in a physical form
